Jamaica governor-general receives credentials of Qatar's envoy

Jamaican Governor-General Patrick Linton Allen has received the credentials of Jamal Nasser al-Badr, Qatar's ambassador (non-resident) in Kingston. The ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to the Governor-General, and his wishes of good health and happiness, and to the government and people of Jamaica continued progress and prosperity. For his part, the Governor-General conveyed his greetings to the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness, and Qatar continued progress, development and prosperity. (QNA)
