Doha: Relative humidity is expected to increase in Qatar with a chance of misty to foggy conditions in some areas of the country, Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) said in a tweet.
On Twitter, QMD stated that "humidity level expected to increase from tonight until the end of the week with a chance of mist to fog formation at some places by late night and early morning."
In the same report, QMD also stated that the increase in humidity will lead to low visibility at less than 2 kilometres at times.
With this, QMD urges all citizens and residents to be careful and take extra precautions.
On its weather forecast for today, QMD also predicted hot weather conditions during daytime accompanied with scattered clouds. A chance of rain is also forecasted at some places.
The wind is expected to blow from southeasterly to northeasterly at light to moderate speed.
"Sea state is slight and wave height ranges between 1 to 2 ft," QMD added.
