Doha, Qatar: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) issued a public notice today, July 21, warning about fraudulent messages related to health card renewals containing suspicious links.
HMC advises patients and the public to be vigilant and avoid opening links or SMS messages from unverified sources.
"We kindly request all patients and members of the public to exercise caution and refrain from opening any SMS messages sent by unverified sources. These messages may contain fraudulent or suspicious links that claim to update your personal information or health card," HMC stated on X.
HMC also reminds users that the official link for Health Card renewal is https://services.hukoomi.gov.qa/en/e-services/renew-health-card.
