Doha, Qatar: Hamad International Airport (DOH) has joined forces with Atos and the Royal Schiphol Group to introduce Passenger Digital Assistance Kiosks, with the primary goal of enhancing the overall passenger travel experience. These innovative kiosks are meticulously designed to provide travelers with convenient access to information, assist in navigation within the airport, and facilitate live video calls to customer service agents, all geared toward ensuring a seamless journey for passengers.
Mr. Suhail Kadri, Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Hamad International Airport, expressed his enthusiasm for the new passenger-centric initiative, stating, "The introduction of Passenger Digital Assistance Kiosks aligns perfectly with our comprehensive digital strategy aimed at transforming the passenger experience. These multilingual kiosks offer travelers a choice of 20 languages and include an airport map to assist with wayfinding. They provide a wealth of information related to flights, airport services, retail and dining options, as well as passenger events taking place at the airport.
