Doha: Doha Festival City, Qatar’s one and only choice for shopping, dining, and entertainment, has announced that it has received two prestigious accolades at the 2021 Global Brand Magazine Awards, organised by Global Brands Magazine, and the 2021 Golden Feather Awards, organised by Feather Touch.
Being the only winning Mall from Qatar, Doha Festival City was crowned ‘Best Shopping Destination -Qatar 2021’ by Global Brands Magazine (GBM), one of the largest global brand publications. Each year, GBM conducts a series of awards for companies that have stood out as industry leaders, demonstrating exceptional service and unique vision.
The Global Brands Magazine awards are established to honour excellence in performance across industries. Festival City was selected by an external research team, from a very competitive group of entrants, all of whom demonstrated unique and exceptional service delivery towards the evolving entertainment and leisure sectors. Doha Festival City was awarded for its outstanding commitment towards development, customer experience, sustainability, service, and quality.Furthermore, Doha Festival City received high recognition for its highly-engaging digital marketing and social media strategy, winning the ‘Best Digital Integrated Campaign’ Award for its Bon Appetit – Food Festival Campaign which was held in partnership with Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) . The Global Feather Awards are designed to acknowledge key industry players for their massive accomplishments and contributions across various sectors, such as digital marketing and social media.
