The Department of Air Cargo and Special Airports, represented by the Postal Consignments Department, managed to thwart the smuggling of 560 narcotic capsules hidden inside a shipment of children's toys, in addition to 289 capsules of another type, the General Authority of Customs tweeted on Monday.
