Doha: After days of his fall from a higher floor of a newly opened mall in Qatar, the three-year-old Khalid Walid Besiso passed away, social media reports said.
The child fell from a higher floor at the Place Vendome mall in Lusail and sustained grave injuries. He was rushed to the hospital but sadly succumbed to his injuries today. Reports were not clear how the incident happened and which floor he fell from. The probe is going on to determine how the incident happened.
Many people were seen mourning the tragic loss and grieving with the family from Jordan.
The Place Vendome management issued a statement a week back saying that it is working closely with the authorities in charge of the investigation to uncover the circumstances of the incident where a child was injured on its premises.
