Doha: Qatar Meteorology Department issued a marine warning today as sea heights vary between 5 to 8 ft with strong northwesterly wind reaching to 26 KT.
QMD also forecasted moderate weather accompanied with scattered clouds during daytime and chances of rain in some areas.
This morning, the temperature ranged between 17 degrees Celsius to 21 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature recorded this morning was 15 degrees Celsius at Turayna.
Due to high sea heights, QMD announced a marine warning and precaution during this weather condition. QMD recommends citizens and residents to avoid all marine activities during this period, including:
1. Free swimming
2. Boat trips
3. Scuba diving
4. Free diving
5. Surfing
6. Fishing tours
7. Windsurfing
