Italy: The Amiri Naval Forces inaugurated the Qatari warship (Simaisma) - Corvette Type - in Milan in the Italian Republic.
The warship was unveiled by Acting Commander of the Qatari Amiri Air Forces Staff Brigadier-General Rashid Ali Al Qashouti, and Commander of the Countermeasures and Mine Forces at the Italian Navy Rear Admiral Riccardo Marchio.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Italian Republic Khalid bin Youssef Al Sada, HE Qatar's Military Attache to Italy Brigadier General Hilal Ali Al Muhannadi and a number of Qatari and Italian armed forces officers.
