Amir sends cables of congratulations to president of Guinea

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and His Highness the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani sent on Monday cables of congratulations to the President of Guinea, Alpha Conde, on winning a new presidential term.
