Some 15 Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) branches will have extended working hours during Ramadan. Regular QIB branches will open Sunday through Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm.
In addition, Corporate (Grand Hamad Street), Salwa Road, Al Rayyan, Airport Road, Al Wakrah, and Al Khor branches will open during the evening shift Sunday to Wednesday from 9 pm to 11:30 pm and on Saturdays from 9 pm to 12:00 pm. Hamad International Airport branch will remain open 24x7, QIB said.
QIB mall branches will operate Saturday to Thursday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and the evening shift (including Fridays) starts at 9 pm and finishes at 11-30pm in the following malls: Dar Al Salam Mall, Doha Festival City, Al Gharrafa (Q-Mall), City Centre, Mall of Qatar, The Gate Mall, Tawar Mall, and the recently opened Mirqab Mall branch. The extended working hours will provide QIB customers with an easily accessible and convenient banking experience throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
In addition, the bank’s services are available at all times (24x7) through QIB’s Internet and QIB mobile app, call centre (44448444), interactive teller machines (live teller), and more than 170 ATMs and cash deposit machines spread across the country.
QIB has strengthened its local branch network to serve customers in all vital areas of the country QIB’s network consists of 31 state-of-the-art branches, with 10 ladies centres, six Tamayuz (Affluent) centres, one private banking lounge, one corporate branch and three service centres.
